How much is the shipping for my order?

If you opt for an expedited delivery service, a number of things will contribute to the shipping and handling fees associated with your order. The shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the items being delivered to you and also your preferred delivery service. Orders being delivered anywhere in the USA are delivered via the USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express Mail services. A small handling charge is applied to all expedited orders.

How long before I will receive my order?

The vast majority of our products are made to order. That being said, we do our very best to ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Personalized items can take up to 5 business days processing. If there is an item that is back ordered, we will contact you via email and/or Etsy messaging. We will also give you an estimated date that you can expect to see your order. Please take into consideration the published transit time for the USPS - USPS Ground Advantage is 2-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. USPS Express Mail arrives next day to most addresses in the US. Please let us know if you have specific delivery requirements. If we are unable to meet your requirements, we will notify you promptly.

I made a mistake! Can I change/modify my order?

If you catch us quickly, we can usually modify an order. However, we move fast! We request that order modification requests be made within 1 hour of placing your order. PLEASE review your order, especially personalized orders with names and recovery dates, for accuracy.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! We ship to any location that is not restricted by the US government. We prefer to ship Internationally using the USPS Priority Mail International service or the International Express (EMS) service. Each is reliable, expedient, and fully insured.
