Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Our current turnaround time is shown in the listings when you make your purchase. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. WE NEVER SHIP LATE!! We absolutely ship on or before the date Etsy provides US based on our posted turnaround time when you placed your order. Etsy provides YOU with an estimated date of arrival, however this is the best case scenario without shipping delays. Currently, there are known shipping delays across the country. These shipping delays are unfortunately out of our hands. Normally, shipping takes 1-4 days, but that does not include these delays. Sellers are not able to see any other tracking info from what you can see. You can check your tracking number under your account/purchases.

I'm having trouble getting my file to cut properly. What are the correct settings?

Our files are designed for lots of different types of lasers. The settings are different depending on the type you have and the material you are using. If you need help with these issues, I have a free Facebook group where you can ask questions and get help with projects. I also offer an ongoing 20% discount on all my files to group members. Will this project fit on one piece of wood?

Our files are designed for use with all different types of lasers, and this will depend on the bed size of your laser, and if you choose to re-size or omit and of the elements of the design.

How do I re-size my project?

You will need do any re-sizing in whatever software program you use with your laser. Some of these programs include Inkscape, Lightburn, Silhouette business edition. Each of these programs has the capability to do this, but you will need to have a basic understanding of your program to do any re-sizing.
