Will metal hardware discolor or tarnish?
The metal is plated with the colors (rose gold, gold, silver) and some wear and scratching is expected over time. As with any metal, it will begin to tarnish or rust if exposed to prolonged wear.
The silver metal is less likely to tarnish.

We ship thru Etsy with USPS First-Class Mail unless you upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We get it dogs chew on things! It happens to all of us at some point.
We can not replace a product because your dog chewed on it.

Fabric: We cut from a bolt of fabric. This means each collar pattern placement will vary.

Cowhide: We cut from a whole cowhide. This means each collar pattern placement will vary.

Your collar will be one of a kind and will not look exactly like the collars pictured.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product.

We provide a picture of the fonts we offer in each listing font letters and styles vary. I send a proof of your pet's name before finishing your custom collar or bandana. It is important for you to check the spelling and approve the name proof.
If you do not approve your proof, your order will still ship on your ship date.
If you do not approve your name proof, we are not responsible if something is misspelled.
Personalization background color will vary due to fabric/cowhide placement.
You will be able to see the back of the embroidery on our fabric collars, no worries this will not cause any irritation for your pet.
