Beautiful ring, I love it! DHL was used to ship and it was so confusing. It arrived at a facility an hour away from me (by the expected time frame). It stayed at the facility for 3 days without any movement. To only be shipped to France, Germany, Miami, finally back to the location an hour from me. That was a little frustrating and thought the item might of been lost. Contacted the seller and never received any response. I did open a case with DHL to ensure the item wasn’t lost. Then it finally started moving again. I got it today! So I’m happy.
