Your item will be wrapped with care in tissue paper. (If it is a gift and going straight to the recipient, let me know if you would like a personalised message to go into the package!)

All items are sewn by hand and finished with a Louise Rose Couture label (except for lace top overlays or items where the label will be visible from the outside, as I do not want to ruin the look of your garment).

I ship WORLDWIDE from the UK.

Unless an alternative address is given, your item/s will be shipped to the address you enter at the Etsy Chekout.

For overseas shipping, occasionally customs can hold items for periods of time, this does not happen often, but it can happen. Whilst I ensure your goods are shipped on time, customs is not something I can control and is out of my hands. I cannot accept responsibility if customs hold your item.

I always request proof of posting from the post office.

Louise Rose is based in England.
- Shipping within the UK normally takes 2-3 working days.
- Packages shipped across Europe normally take 5-8 working days.
- Shipping to the USA usually takes approx 2 weeks, but this can be delayed.
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
