Once an item is purchased, we then spend the money on the goods/supplies to fulfill the order. Only if an item is immediately canceled, are we able to actually stop an order being produced, however, you contacted us after the item was already paid to be put into production, therefore unable to be cancelled. We let you know you could request a refund through the ETSY Buyer Protection program, and even supplied you with the link to begin that process.
