Each item is checked over multiple times as well as photos taken prior to shipping. After that 48 hours there will be no replacement issued. Cups are customized especially for you. The process takes seven days to complete and the clear coat to fully cure. Estimate ship date will be determined at time of payment. This depends on current order queue. The turnaround time will be noted on your receipt.
