1. this shop is not my primary job which limits the time I am able to work on orders. My primary job is truck driver and I work 10 to 12 hour days Monday - Friday and sometimes Saturday. Therefore your order may take up to 16 weeks to be completed depending on how many orders I have ahead of yours, so when you place your order, I will tell you where you are on my list of orders and give you an estimated completion time.
2. It is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT if you are ordering a Cell Phone Holster, Bible Cover, or other item with special instructions that you keep an eye on ETSY messaging or give me an alternate method to contact you (phone# or EMAIL) in case I need more information. I will also send you photos of the progress of your item as I am working on it.
3. If you are ordering a Cell Phone Holster, Bible Cover, or other item with special instructions, you need to tell me the Make and Model of your phone, whether you use an OTTERBOX or other case and give me the measurements of the phone with the OTTERBOX/CASE on it (HEIGHT, WIDTH, THICKNESS).
If I'm making a Bible Cover, I need the measurements (HEIGHT, WIDTH, THICKNESS) and any other special instructions.
IF I CAN'T CONTACT YOU TO GET INFORMATION YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A 20% REFUND FEE.
