- There is a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased from Rimon. The warranty cover defects in craftsmanship or materials. - The warranty does not cover any accidental damage and/or broken diamonds and gemstones, due to misuse, impacts, or falls. - Should your item get damaged after the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details.

- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return instructions and will refund the amount minus shipping (50$) once we receive it back. - We do not accept returns on personalized/custom jewelry, or jewelry with engraving - The shipping back through our account is 80$, which includes a fee DHL charges to release the package from Israeli customs as returned goods. - Please note that returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. -We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions. - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How long will it take to get my order after its shipped?
