Returns and Refunds Policy

Quality is very important for us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, you have the possibility to return them and receive a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the product within 14 - 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original state in which it was received. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us, and the refund will be made as soon as the package is received. The original shipping cost (if the order did not benefit from free shipping) will not be refunded. We do not accept returns for: ◊ the pillow inserts ◊ items that are on sale ◊ custom orders but do not hesitate to contact us if there are any issues with your order.

We make the covers slightly smaller (1/2 - 3/4 inch smaller) for a perfect fit. When choosing the inserts, we recommend: ◊ use the same size insert for our lumbar and long lumbar pillow covers ◊ use a 2 inch larger insert for our square pillow covers These recommendations are based on our down inserts, that have a 95% feather and 5% down fill.
