How long do items take to dispatch?

Most of our items are personalised, so please allow a couple of working days for us to customise with your message. However we do send out the vast majority of items by the next working day.

How long until the item is delivered? [UK]

All of our items are posted first class. In our experience 98% of items are delivered in 1-2 working days. Sometimes Royal Mail do take a little longer, so we cannot guarantee to meet specific delivery dates.

How long until the item is delivered? [North America]

We have found that shipping to North America, and especially the USA can be variable. Most items seem to take just over a week. Some do seem to take a while longer, perhaps an extra week or two. Unfortunately this is down to the postal services, so we can only ask for your patience.
