Are your decals waterproof or removable?

Our decals are made from Starcraft HD (or similar) Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, which is waterproof with a durability of 5-6 years or more depending on outdoor exposure. They can be removed, but not reused. Note that permanent vinyl may do damage to painted surfaces and walls when removed.

I can't find where to type my customization request?

No worries, I know sometimes it can be confusing, with Etsy looking different on every platform. When in doubt leave your personalization request in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. Do you offer discounts for Bulk Orders, Large Orders, or Wholesale?

We sure do! We offer bulk discounts starting at a quantity of 10. Just message us for the coupon code. Code and discount vary depending on quantity.

Can you make custom, or personalized orders?

Yes of course! Just message me with what you are looking for and I will be happy to work with you and make revisions until we come up with a design you love. Custom designs have NO design fees, or deposits required. Creation time may vary depending on the number of custom orders I am currently working with.

Can I see a preview of my decal beforehand?

Yes, I offer free digital previews of orders, upon request. Just send me a message and let me know what you are wanting to see.

When will my order be shipped, and will I get a tracking number?

Processing times vary by listing. A notification along with a USPS tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped. NOTE: Saturday & Sunday are not included in processing times. Orders placed, Saturday-Sunday will not start processing until Monday.

Does upgraded shipping change my processing time?

No, when you pay for upgraded shipping through the post office, this does not expedite or rush your order. It only adjusts the time which the post office will take to deliver your order. Orders will be processed, in the order in which they are received within the processing time frame. (For more info visit FAQ: When will my order be shipped).

What if I need my order by a specific date, or holiday?

We do our best to make sure you get your orders when you need them by, if you need them by a specific date or holiday, please let me know in the "Note to Seller" at checkout. And to ensure you receive your items from the post office on time, I would suggest purchasing Priority Mail shipping or greater, as there seem to be fewer delays with this shipping method. However, upgraded shipping DOES NOT expedite, or rush your order. If you would like to have your order expedited, please message me for more info.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping is calculated by the USPS based on weight and the distance between our zip codes and is different for every address. If you purchased from us before, or had an item saved in your cart, unfortunately, at this time, we are discontinuing our "Free Shipping On All Orders" offer due to peak season of USPS and an influx in lost and delayed orders.
