Custom and personalized orders

All of my pullovers can be in any size and lenght. For custom order I need your height, bust and length of the sweater in cm, so I can do the sweater for you by your measurements. Also you can choose color from color charts.

Are you responsible for shipping and delays of the parcel?

I ship our parcel with Ukrainian postal service. All the parcels are sent with air mail with tracking number. I am not responsible for the work of postal services ( Ukrainian and your national postal service that deliver you a parcel in your country). If the parcel is damaged during the shipping process, please, do not pick up the parcel without writing an application to the postal service and taking the photos of that. I kindly ask you to have a patience and understanding, because I cannot influence to the speed of delivery.
