SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME:
All items are shipped out as soon as possible but please be aware there is up to a two week turnaround from when an order is placed to when it ships. With that said, most orders ship out much faster and before the two week timeframe but sometimes due to high volume of orders it can bit a bit later within that two week frame.

SHIPPING QUALITY:
All orders are shipped out using shipping tubes for prints, or rigid envelopes for books to prevent damage during shipment. All posters are shipped rolled.

RETURNS:
All items are refundable within 7 days of delivery. Buyer must pay for return shipping. Once returned in the condition that it was sent out in, a refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Any damage occurred during the return shipping causing any monetary loss is the responsibility of the buyer and will effect the amount of refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact immediately with pictures of both the shipping container and damaged item. A replacement will be sent free of charge.
