All nails are sold in a full set, which means there will be two of each size (0-9). The last 3 product photos of every listing show all the nail shapes available, with the lengths and widths of the smallest size (size 9) and the biggest size (size 0) of each nail shape. Can I reuse these nails?

Yes, my nails can be reused if cared for properly. Adhesive tabs are highly recommended instead of nail glue if you wish to reuse your nails. All nails are also topped with gel for durability, unless stated otherwise. All orders automatically come with nail glue, but if you would like adhesive tabs instead, simply leave me a note at checkout.

What do I do if my nails are damaged?

I will gladly send replacement if nails are proven to be damaged. With that said, please send me pictures of the damaged nails as evidence within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately returns or exchange will not be accepted at this time.

When will I receive my order?

My goal is always to ship orders as fast as I can but processing time(time to make them) for all my orders are currently about 1 week before they are shipped. There is no garanteed delivery time but it takes about 3-5 business days for standard shipping to US locations. So it takes roughly about 2 weeks after placing order for standard US shipping. Please understand that shipping delays do happen from time to time, sometimes for no specific reason. Unfortunately I have no control over shipping. Holidays, weather and many other factors could cause shipping delays. If you'd like your order to arrive by a certain date, please give extra time to order in advance. Shipping upgrades are also available if you like your order to arrive sooner.

My nails don't fit right. Now what?

All orders come with two of 10 different sizes, totaling 20 nails. If they still don't fit quite right, you can file them to fit your nails better. All my nails are safe to clip and file to any length and shape without damaging the nails. Nail files also come with every order. If you are still worried that the full set may not fit your nails, i.e. you have very small or large hands, measure your nails and send me the measurements (in mm/millimeter) when placing the order. I will make sure to include your sizes in your full set. Please DO NOT simply place a ruler/tape measure over your nails when measuring the length. You must use tape to put over your nails for accurate measurements. Please go to "About" section for measuring instructions.

Can I request to modify a set of nails to my liking?

Absolutely! If you see any sets that you would like in a different style(different base color, glitter color, color of patterns, accent nails on certain size nails, adding/rid of rhinestones, etc.), just shoot me a message! I would love to make them just the way you like!

I am afraid some nail shapes won't fit my nails, or are too short/long for me.

I have updated the product photo sections of all of my products to better show you what nail shapes I have available and their lengths and widths. This will give you a much better idea if certain nail shapes are too short/long, or too small, too wide, etc. But please don't forget all my nails are still safe to file and clip too if they are not the perfect shape for your nails!

How long do they last?

Nail glue: 1-2weeks Adhesive tabs: up to a week. It also highly depends on the intensity of your daily activities, and contact with water. Different nail glue also works well with different nail type(some nails are more oily). Nail glue is provided for every order but you are welcome to use nail glue that works best for you. Adhesive tabs are intended for short time use only(a party/event, or just for a weekend, etc.).

How thick are these nails?

All nails are painted with polish and topped with gel topcoat, therefore they are still strong and flexible but not too thick.

This is because sizes of nail tips from different manufacturers might be slightly different, and I'd like to make sure my nails are a perfect fit for you.
