Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns on personalised merchandise. If your item arrives damaged or with the wrong personalisation, we will post a replacement. We may require the item to be posted back to us with a prepaid label. If you are being sent a replacement item, please allow current processing time for the replacement to be posted. Some items have a longer processing time than others. Non-personalised items can be returned for a refund less postage costs within 5 days of receipt if you are unhappy. Please contact us prior to sending your item back . Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I change a design or font?

Please see our font chart in the listings to pick your custom font or if there is one you would like that is not on the list please contact us.

How long until my order ships?

Processing times are from order date to ship date and are specific to each item in the shop and are working days not including weekends.

Can I see a proof or mock-up of my order?

Proofs are only sent upon request. Once approved, your order will be processed. Proofs that go unanswered will be made and shipped after 3 business days. We do not send proofs before payment has been made.

What Type of Image do I need to send?

You need to send the highest resolution jpeg image you have (please drop us a message if your unsure)
