When will my order be shipped? Could you help if I haven't received my parcel?

We usually take 1-3 business days to ship an order. If you need the product urgently, please message us and we'll see what we can do. If your order is showing delivered but you haven't received the parcel, please message us and we'll try our best to assist you.

May I get faster shipment?

Canadian customers - Default shipping is via Stallion (1 week delivery). You can upgrade to Stallion Express (2-3 business days) with an extra charge. US customers - Default shipping is “Tracked Parcel” by Chit Chats, which takes 1.5-2 weeks. You can upgrade to Canada Post Xpress (about 1 week) at checkout. Customers from other countries - We use Chit Chats, which normally takes 2-4 weeks. If you'd like to get it faster, please contact us, and we'll get a quote from Canada Post/DHL depending on your required date of delivery. How can I correct a wrong address?

Mistakes happen! Please let us know asap once you realized the address is wrong. We can always correct it if the order hasn't been mailed. Please note that if an order is not marked "shipped" in the system, it does not necessarily mean it is not mailed, because our shipping staff would mark orders "shipped" after they return from the post office.

Where can I find my tracking code?

You will receive an email with the tracking code once the order is shipped. Check the spam box if you don't get the email. Otherwise, tracking can be found on your Etsy order page.

My tracking information shows the parcel is delivered, but I did not get it. What happens now?

Sometimes parcels are delivered to the neighbours, so we recommend checking with your neighbours first. If you cannot find it, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Help with mask size and measurement

People's face sizes are often unique and not in direct correlation to their gender or height. The best way to ensure a good fit is: - Take a mask that you currently own and think to be a good fit - Use a tape measure, following the curve of the mask to measure the fabric part: width (from left to right) and height (from top to bottom) - Compare the measurements with the measurements in our product copy

Would I receive a product that look exactly as the colour in the picture?

Due to different lighting and screen resolution, a mask can look different in different pictures. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your laptop or phone screen is 100% same as the one you see when you hold the mask in your hands.

Could you let me know when you have sales or coupons?

Of course! We have an email subscription program. Please message us with your email address, and we will make sure you never miss a sale from us. We also offer a coupon to first-time subscribers.

Have your face masks passed the blow test?

As Etsy bans sellers from comparing our masks with medical graded masks or to comment on their effectiveness, we cannot comment on this directly. However, our customers have left reviews on the blow test they did on our masks, particularly double layer and triple layer. Please feel free to refer to their comments.

Are filters washable? How often should I replace them?

The filters are not washable. We are not medical professionals, but based on the information on the Internet, a filter should be replaced in 16-24 hours, and should be aired out between uses.
