How do I download my collage kit?

You should’ve received a receipt via email from Etsy Transactions. In this receipt, there is a link that says “View your files on Etsy”. Click the link, and you will be able to download your files!

I didn't know it was a digital item. Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the product, I am unable to issue refunds since you cannot return digital items and will retain full access to the files. However, I can recommend printing services! Places like Walmart and Walgreens offer photo printing services, and offer both delivery and pickup options. Also, FreePrintsNow is an awesome service that will print up to 1,000 photos for free and ship them to you! I also have a few other great services linked in the product description :)
