Please do not drop jewelry/pendant on concrete floor, tiles etc., also crystals can break when dropped/hit on hard surfaces. Please don't swim with your jewelry. A little bit of water from time to time won't harm your jewelry, but avoid permanent exposure to water as it will damage your pendant/jewelry. Please, keep away from direct perfume, chemicals, such as skin care products, body lotions, oils, cosmetics, hairspray, deodorant, Water/ Salt water, chlorine, (swimming pool, hot tubs, etc.), house cleaning supplies or any abrasives chemicals To clean your jewelry, simply use a slightly damp cloth to wipe over the piece.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All crystal pendant necklaces are safely packaged in a little gift-box or organza pouch, beautifully gift wrapped with lots of other extra info's. I try to be as environmentally friendly as I can and use recyclable cardboard packaging . I chare only 1 Dollar for gift warpping, please choose from 4 different papers

I try to list as accurately as possible and add sizes of jewelry, crystals, lengths etc. All jewelry is photographed in natural light and close up. Please read the listing carefully and take a look at all the photographs before purchasing to get the best idea of how your jewelry will look when worn. If unsure please ask and I will be happy to help ♥

Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately I do not create custom pieces.

I will happily reserve an item for you. Reservation fee is $15.00. The down payment will be deducted from the total of the item. After reserving an item you have 1 month available to make the rest of the payment. If after the 1 months (30 days) period the payment is not completed, I will return the item to the shop and it will be available to other customers. In this case the deposit is not refundable.
