We are not taking custom orders at this time.

Sizing varies by design. Many pieces will fit a variety of sizes, but please refer to every listing for specific flat measurements to assure you are ordering an item that is similar in size and style to something you already own that fits you well.

Most items can be washed in a cold water and dried on a low setting. Please see individual listings for specific care instructions.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale availability is not an option at this time.

Most items are shipped within 1-3 days of order payment. I know you are excited to get your new Green Street Apparel selection and we will get your shipment out as soon as possible. Please note that I will always ship to the address given by Etsy. If you want me to ship to a different address, please change your Etsy address to reflect the correct shipping address. FREE domestic shipping. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING $27.50 for first other; $18.00 for each additional item in same package.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is to make you a happy customer. I know buying clothing online can be risky as each item will hang differently on each body type. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Exchanges and Refunds are always welcome for items that have not been worn, have the original tags attached, and are returned within the 7 day return window in original condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International/Airmail - I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. I will always do what I can to assist you with any delivery issues. The buyer is responsible for paying any and all international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees. If you would like insurance, send me a message. I will arrange this for you and notify you in advance of the cost.
