To our valued customers, please be advised that effective 03/18/2020 we will now be adding shipping fees (Items originally sent with free shipping included will now have the shipping fees added as part of the original purchase price and all refunds issued will be for the original purchase price, less the original shipping fee) as well as our standard 20% restocking fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is your Return/Cancellation Policy?

* As of 3/18/2020, and until further notice, our return policy has been revised to include shipping fees for all returned fabrics on top of the 20% restocking fee. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, simply send your fabric back to Style Source Shop in its new, unused condition and we would be happy to provide a refund (minus shipping, handling cost and restocking fee) of the purchase price. Returned fabrics are subject to 20% restocking fee. Any cancellation made over an hour of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Which fabrics are not eligible for return?

1. Discounted fabrics 2. Swatches/Samples 3. Cut, washed, altered fabrics

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. NOTE: We do not ship to AK, PR, VI or HI, due to our free shipping offer.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method/ Estimated delivery time/Shipment cost USPS First Class/3-5 business days/Free USPS Priority/2-3 business days/Free UPS Ground/3-5 business days/Free * Expedited & Overnight delivery options are available with rates calculated at checkout and is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping Policy

Style Source Shop does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on final destination. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, customs clearing charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Style Source Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. *UPS Ground service is unavailable for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you through Etsy’s Messages. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility. Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take Etsy anywhere from 1-3 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to the method of payment used. Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged. As part of our Free Shipping promotion, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling (including restocking fee) charges would have been without the Free Shipping promotion.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Style Source Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Style Source Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are selling as small as charm size (5 inches x 5 inches), to rolls of fur, free shipping. Because these are custom cut fabrics, please make sure to buy the correct size for your project as we don't accept returns. We suggest purchasing more than what you think you'll need to ensure that you have enough for your entire project.

CUT SIZE:
If you purchase more than a yard, we will cut the fabric in one continuous piece. For example, if you order four of the 1 yard option, we will cut them into one continuous piece so you'll receive it in one piece that's 4 yards long. We will let you know if we can't provide this.

Colors may appear a shade or two different due to dye lot variation or individual monitor settings on your personal computer or mobile phone. We will not refund or replace your order due to dye lot variation.

Sewed costume ears to put on a sun hat I have had for a long time, and they get compliments all over the place! The fabric is very hardy, and has held up through sun, dust, wind and a rainstorm, all in the first week I was wearing them out and about, and still look great!
