SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS: During the spring and summer seasons, we highly recommend ordering our whipped products to be delivered to an address where items will not sit in the heat for long periods of time. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. We cannot accept any returns to products left outside to melt, and will not provide an exchange or refund. After placing an order, please make sure to check your tracking often and delivery status. We advise removal from mailboxes, front porches and etc; upon delivery.

If melting occurs with whipped butter

Whipped Butters: Place it in the refrigerator. The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change. It will become more like a body balm.

Melted whipped butter is not fluffy and looks like less butter? Whipping adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipping cream) that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the butter light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full. Simply allow it to naturally solidify at room temperature. Once hardened to your preference, remove butter from the jar and put in a clean bowl and mix it with an electric mixer to return to its fluffy whipped texture.

I haven't received my package?

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING ORDER. Every package is mailed via USPS. We are not responsible for incorrect address, stolen or lost packages. If you have not received your package you can also file a claim with USPS. If USPS attempted a delivery at the address provided and it is return back to the USPS facility for you to pick up. USPS will alert you and you are responsible for checking your own tracking information. If package is mailed back to us, you will be responsible for reshipment fees. As listed return policy I do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. Shipping rates are based on your location. International and domestic shipping available.

My package says “Delivered” but I have not received it.

We are not responsible for LOST/STOLEN packages after tracking information from USPS says “delivered”. No refund will be issued or order reshipped if the USPS has updated your package status as “delivered. You must file a claim with USPS about your missing package.

All our products are naturally Handcrafted and some are customized. Therefore, we do not grant refunds, accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. When will I see results?

We love our products so much and take much pride in providing high quailty natural creations for hair and skin. Results may vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results; some may see results in as little as 1 week. Use the products according to the instructions. Consistency is KEY. It takes time, A plant does not grow overnight 🌱.

My Whipped Hair Butter or Body Butter Feels "Solid".

FYI-If this happens!! Raw Butters are naturally "Solid" or "Hard". When we break it down to a whipped form, it is creamy at first but over time with sitting at room temperature it will slightly Solidly naturally. Not as hard as it's natural state, It will be soft enough to scoop out of the jar and will become creamy/fluid at body temperature when rubbed in hands. Then can be easily applied to body or hair.

If your item arrives damaged, please go to your local post office and file a damaged claim. If your package is lost, please go to your local post office and file a lost claim. If you want your item replaced you will have to file a claim with your post office and open a case on Etsy in order for me to work with Etsy to replace damaged, lost or delayed items.
