If you request a return or exchange, you’ll pay the return shipping. Contact us via Etsy messages within 5 days of receiving your order and we will provide an address to send the item.

If you ordered a personalized printable, I will follow up with any questions I might have about your order and send you a draft to review within 1 business day of receiving your order. Once you are happy with your proof, I will send you a final file through Etsy messages. Please do not sell or distribute printables to others, with the exception of your printing vendor. CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIRTS
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or better yet, hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MUGS
• Hand-wash only
• Do not microwave. Don't heat liquids or food directly in the mug—it can damage the coating.

LuvSkyy tees are printed direct-to-garment (or DTG), meaning ink is applied directly to the shirt, similar to how you print on paper at home. With DTG there is no screen printing, no heat press & no vinyl. Because the ink is applied directly to the garment’s fibers it produces either a more vibrant image or an image with a vintage feel, depending on the fabric. Poly/blend garments will have a faded/vintage outcome with DTG printing due to their looser weave & combination of fabrics. This means that the fabric of the garment will often show through the ink (not opaque). The Bella Canvas 3001 is one of my favorites for clean/opaque look, while the heather color line of this garment does have a vintage look since it contains polyester.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
Please submit a claim for a lost package no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?
If the carrier marks the package as delivered, but you have yet to receive it, LuvSkyy won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery carrier.

All of our frames are designed, milled and assembled in our workshop right here in the USA, with special attention to quality craftsmanship. Because they're handmade, no two of our wood pieces will be identical. Every piece of wood we buy to make our products has natural wood characteristics such as patterns and knots, making every frame unique.

Our wood products should be in stock for fast delivery, however, there are times where we will have to make your item to order. Please allow 3-7 days for us to prepare your order before shipping, particularly during busy gifting seasons. We appreciate your patience.
