3. Within 1-3 days when the design is finished we will send to you a high resolution PNG file. When your custom print is ready, you will receive a notification from Etsy.

Our current production time is 1-3 days. If this turnaround time is too long for you there is an opportunity to rush your order so the production time will be 1-2 days only!

To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account. Items that we are still working on are shown as “In progress”.

Yes, we will send you the digital file once it is ready, and you will have one round of changes free of charge. As well you can purchase additional revisions if you need it. If nothing needs to be changed, that file becomes the final version for you automatically.

Once your print is ready you will receive an email with a button "View my files on Etsy" in it to download your PNG file. You can also access it by going to “Purchases and reviews”.

You can print the files at home, take the files to your local print shop or upload them to an online printing service. A heavyweight, matte photo paper or a card stock is an perfect choice for the printing. Some suggestions for the customers from the US: Staples, FedEx Kinko's, Walgreen's, Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS, Shutterfly.

The recommended printing size is 8x10 inches; please use that ratio or the picture might be distorted. Print as many copies as you need.

If you need a different file format than PNG for the printing, please contact us! We can provide the print in JPG and PDF format, too!

If you are not completely satisfied with the result, don't worry! You will have one round of changes free of charge. As well you can purchase additional revisions if you need it.

If you would like to cancel your order, it can be done if you haven’t received the file yet. In this case please contact us ASAP.

However once the print has been designed we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations.

We will print and deliver the hard copy to the address you provide. We will send you a proof before the shipping! If you order the hard copy please add another 4-6 business days for delivery!

Yes, but in this case please send us a message so we can inform you whether we are able to do it or not.

On request, we would also be happy to design a completely individual picture according to your wishes. Please contact us and we will give you feedback as soon as possible.

You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.

You can leave a review by going to Purchases and reviews and choosing the star rating next to “Review this item”. You can describe the item and the service you received and you can choose whether to add a photo or video (on the Etsy app) to your review.
