What if your item(s) arrive broken, damaged, or says lost or delivered & you have not received it

Please contact me ASAP, thru convo & attached a picture of the box and broken item(s) so I am able to see the damage. I will have to file a claim with the delivery carrier. Once the claim has been filed note it can take up to 30 days for resolution. Package's lost/delayed or delivered status: You will need to file a claim. I am not responsible & I do not offer refunds on these types of situations. I will not remake and ship your order for free. You will need to repurchase your order. OVERNIGHT Shipping- I will not ship overnight due a Post Office error ,however you can upgrade your shipping for an additional cost to you.

Processing Time, Shipping & Rush Orders

Processing time-Is the time fame it takes me to make your order. Each processing time is noted in my listing Shipping- Applies to how long it will take for your order to arrive after I have made your order Upgraded Shipping: Additional charge applies but do NOT effect my processing time or move your order up any faster. RUSH-If you need your order before my indicated processing you can purchase a RUSH listing, at an additional charge, this will move your order up in line. However please contact me prior to purchasing to make sure I can accommodate your request.

Custom Order(s)/ Epoxy Tumblers

Please contact me prior to placing your order to ensure I am able to accommodate your request. Please be sure everything is spelled correctly! If something is incorrect on my end, I will be more than happy to send a new, correct item. However, if something is incorrect due to an error on your end, I will not issue a refund. Custom designs will not be rendered before payment. Custom designs do take time, so please be considerate of this. PERSONALIZED ORDERS-means you can add a name, pick your glitter and lettering color to make your order personal CUSTOM ORDERS-mean you want something other then shown.. which would fall under custom order & require you to contact me prior to placing your order to go over details

Please make sure you contact me prior to placing your order to ensure I can get your order to you on time. If you have already placed your order and then ask for a RUSH I can not guarantee your item(s) will arrive on time,however I do work to meet all of my processing time's that are in each of my listings.

I offer a 6 hour window, after that I have begun to work on your order. Due to the item(s) being made to order & personalized cancellations are not allowed after the 6 hour window.

I entered the wrong shipping address/Package Returned

If the item(s) have not ready shipped please notify me & I will change your address. If your item(s) have already been shipped, you will have to contact USPS to have it stopped it or possibly rerouted. If it's delivered to that address & is not forwarded I am not held responsible. The best I can do is offer a repurchase. If your item(s) are sent back to me & you want it redelivered to the correct address you are responsible for the additional shipping cost. It is your responsibility to track your package, due to the volume of order's I do each month I do not have time to email you when a package is returned, you are responsible for payment to reshipment your order.

Refunds will not be issued: (1) Due to the custom nature of your order (2) If Lost, Delayed- You will need to file a claim, if your claim is approved the refund is sent directly to you, meaning I will not reimbursed. (3) Your package is returned due to an incorrect address; you have 5 days to claim your order & you are responsible for payment of reshipment, after 5 days you will need to repurchase your order (4) Because you don't like the colors you picked (5) You received your order as indicated on your invoice (6) Priority Shipping will not be refunded due to the post office delaying your shipment, you will need to file a claim directly with the post office.

(7) Delivered status-you will need to reach out to the post to see if they can locate your item, since post office will NOT refund shipping fees, a refund maybe be given minus the shipping cost for your item(s)

What if I forget to tell you what glitter color, name or special instructions I want

Send me a email with the requested glitter color, name or any other instructions you may have forgotten at check out. Typically, when a glitter color, name or instructions are not clear. I may send 1 courtesy email for clarification,If I do not hear back from you, your order will be sent as it appears in the first listing picture, any instruction that are not clear I do my best to meet your directions & will apply what I think your asking for. Keep in mind I maybe not be able to send emails for clarification due my high volume. If you receive your order & your unhappy with the outcome, I do encourage you to reorder with all the proper information and instructions in the notes to seller at check out to avoid any delays or confusion.

Mock up's and Previews

I do not send Mock up's or Previews for order's under 10, however once your is place and I have completed it I will be happy to send you a picture prior mailing your item.

These coasters are pretty they’re sparkly. Not sure if I’m a fan of the half moon cut out. It makes them appear a bit smaller and the shipping took a little bit long.
