Are the toys safe for babies and toddlers?

Yes! I take great care to make my toys child-friendly. If the toy is intended for a baby, I recommend choosing embroidered features instead of safety eyes. All yarns and fillings are non-toxic and safe for little ones.

All of my items are handmade using high-quality, soft, and durable yarn. I use hypoallergenic, child-safe stuffing for toys. Safety eyes are securely attached, but for babies and toddlers I also offer embroidered eye options upon request.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes! I can wrap your order in simple gift packaging at no extra charge. If you’d like a personalized note included, just let me know at checkout.

Most items can be gently hand-washed with mild soap and cold water. Some toys may also be machine-washable on a gentle cycle (please check the product description). Lay flat to air dry—do not tumble dry, as this may damage the fibers.

How long will shipping take?

Processing time for ready-to-ship items is usually 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and postal service, but typically: Domestic orders: 3–7 business days International orders: 2–4 weeks

Can I return or exchange item?

Due to the handmade nature of my items, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or you have any issues, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to help.
