What is the difference between Transparent and Opaque Decals?

Opaque does not require a base color and can be applied directly to the nails. Transparent does require a base color (preferably white) and will show and pattern or color underneath.

Something happened to my item during transit . What do I do? Should I leave a review first?

Please, contact us directly after receiving your package and submit any photos of the damaged caused during transit. We would love to hand deliver everyone's order to ensure its safety,however we know that we can not and accidents can happen. We strive for a 5 star rating for everyone so if there is ever an issue we want to find a solution!

I entered an incorrect address and the item has shipped. What happens now?

Contact the post office directly and provide the tracking number and inform them of the address error. An item may be returned to sender as a result of an address that is incorrect. Additional shipping costs incurred from an inaccurate shipping address will be the buyers responsibility.

My order says it is in transit but was supposed to arrive already.

I am so sorry to here your item is arriving late. Due to the pandemic some sorting facilities have shut down please check the post office service alerts to see if there are any in your area.
