All items ship through Canada Post. Items generally take 3-5 business days before they are shipped out. To keep shipping costs down, I ship orders without tracking. Return or Exchange FAQ

All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or damaged. Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact me with any problems and I will do my best to work out a solution. Due to the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights. EU resident may contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship back the item within 30 days for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
