After payment, your files are available in the Etsy “Purchases and reviews” menu at any time (instant downloads are not available via the Etsy app; use a computer or mobile browser). A ZIP extraction app or software may be required on mobile devices. NinaNinaCraft is not responsible if the buyer is unfamiliar with the download process or file types. All digital packs include a Basic Commercial License for up to 500 uses/prints. An Extended License is required if you have more than 2 employees or for 500+ uses/products. Brush Strokes Clipart can be used commercially without an extended license. Freebie packs are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

⦿ Basic Commercial Use for Digital PACKS ALLOWS you to:

🔴 This is only for DIGITAL PACKS, and not single patterns ✅ Create and sell physical products if you have 2 or less employees (e.g., stickers, fabrics, clothes, mugs, invitations). ✅ Use designs for up to 500 prints/products. ✅ Use the designs from packs for some digital products that are not clip art or new seamless patterns. Example (allowed): digital sticker sheets, digital invitations etc. ✅ Give credit to NinaNinaCraft (optional but appreciated).

⦿ Basic Commercial Use FORBIDS you to:

❌ Use or redistribute designs “as-is,” resell/giveaway/share them (with or without changes), embed them in editable files, or create new digital paper/clipart/design packs from them. ❌ Claim the designs as your own. ❌ Transfer the license to others. ❌ Upload the designs to automated merchandise marketplaces like - including but not limited to Teepublic, Society6, Casetify, Spoonflower, RedBubble, Zazzle. Using Printify in your own store is allowed. ❌ Use the designs/characters in publicly distributed video animations or movies. ❌ You can't use any platforms that resell or publish the designs. ❌ You are not allowed to upload my designs to any automated tools or services for processing or training purposes.

⦿ Why is my download a PDF / TXT file?

Some of my products exceed Etsy’s file size limit and are stored on Google Drive. Your PDF/TXT contains a link - click or paste it into your browser, then use the “Download” button. Files will be in ZIP format and may take a few minutes to download depending on your internet speed.
