Made using Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) with PLA+ plastic. Surface finish may have visible layer lines and some sanding marks.

Designed using Fusion360 and with simulated weight bearing loads on the model which allowed me to use smart infill during 3D printing for added strength.

I did not see both of these items for the exact model of Sunny Fitness cycle I had, but assumed the fit would be close. I had to modify how I attach them.
