Custom and personalized orders

I carry many different types of fabrics and can sometimes order specific fabric if there is something specific you are looking for. If that is the case please send me a message and we can go over details.

The items I make are handmade items. It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering your correct size. The clothing i make is not like the store clothing you buy. Regular store bought clothing is a ( FITS MOST) basis. Where the items I make are custom to you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Do to the fact that these items are Custom made for you I do not accept returns or exchanges. I ask that you PLEASE be sure to check your measurements and sizes before finalizing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary. For ready to ship items they will ship out within 1-3 business days. For custom made items it can vary anywhere from 1-3 weeks. This gives me time to order the fabric and receive it. Then hand make your custom item. (please be aware that sometimes receiving fabric can take longer. However if this is the case I will contact you )

I try to represent the colors as well as I can with my products. However due to different computer monitor outputs, and fabric processing there may be color variation in the product you purchase. Please be aware of this.

All of my products are handmade and made to order. This means that there will be placement variation on all orders making each order unique.

I will ship to the address listed. PLEASE make sure your address is up to date and correct before ordering so your package does not get lost. Thank you!!

Due to our items being custom made we do not offer returns in most circumstances. However in a rare circumstance a return is accepted you will be responsible to pay return shipping and original shipping charges will be deducted from purchase price..

Information Regarding Mask Purchases

Due to the nature of the product (masks), I do not except returns or refunds for masks. This is a hygienic concern and not safe to be returned. I appreciate your understanding. These masks are made to order specifically for you. With your color choices as selected at check out. Since they are customized to your liking, refunds are not given. I try my best to get all mask orders shipped in 7-10 days. However once I drop off your package with USPS, it is out of my control. Unfortunately USPS is behind and that is causing delays in shipments arriving. Please be understanding and patient in this time. Please know I monitor all packages after they leave my hands and I stay in contact throughout the purchase until your mask arrives.
