Wipe clean w/damp cloth fabric in circular motion when needed. Gently rub small marks to lessen their appearance.

I was not happy with the purse and they refunded me. I was pleased with customer service. I thought it would be a lighter grey. Also I did not like the handles, but as I said they were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them for sure. If you are wanting one of these colors. Smelt of leather and pretty pull up. Just not color I wanted.
