Production takes 3-5 business days from the moment the design is approved by the customer. In case no customization is ordered I start production the next business day.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks depending on location and seasons. Some delays may occur.

This is life and anything can happen, sometimes the design process takes longer than expected. In case, if we have not been able to meet the deadline indicated on Etsy for submitting the order, I must check it as completed and then process the order as usual.

I do custom and personalized orders!
All of my products may be customized in different ways depending on the product. You can find more details in listing descriptions.

YES! I do customization of all products listed. I do it for free AS YOU PLACE THE ORDER. All you have to do to start is to choose appropriate listing and make the order.
During or after placing the order just send me all description. information, images to email custleme@gmail.com

Feel free to contact me if you need help to choose the right listing or option.
Please note, if you need your logo to be designed it will cost some extra.

If you have your own design or image already done and you want me just to print it, so be ready to send high resolution (tiff, jpeg, png) files or vector files (pdf, ai, eps).

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase but no refund if a rush order is submitted to print.

No RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS. So, please carefully and attentively check the info you wrote in the message.

DIGITAL FILES

Digital files can't be refunded.
I do edits only before sending the file to the customer. The final file is sent to the client after final approval only. After this moment no refunds and edits can be made.

❗ IMPORTANT

If a draft has been created, I can only refund 50% of the total amount that you have paid.
There will be no refund at all for unresponsive drafts on orders after 30 days from the date of purchase and will be closed automatically. Though we are ready to fulfill those orders.

Please note, seller is not responsible for color variations – color may vary slightly from that seen on the monitor screen. Material type may also affect the color.

I am located in Ukraine, Kyiv. The shipping takes 10-15 days. Some delays may occur especially while winter holidays. The tracking number will be sent, so you can easily get the item status.

Some locations may take longer depending on your country's customs and local post service's efficiency. If you wish for the item to arrive faster or on a strict deadline, please contact me, so I can give a quotation for rush shipping.

Any import duties and taxes imposed upon arrival to your country will be shouldered by the buyer.
