How to Access Your Digital Downloads

Missing Email Notification or Etsy Receipt: Check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also check the "Social" and "Promotions" tabs. Add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe sender list to ensure you receive future emails.

Accessing Files from Your Etsy Account:

Log in to Etsy.com through a web browser (not the app). Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and click Download Files. If the button is grey, the payment is still processing.

If you checked out as a guest, a download link will be included in the receipt email sent to you. Check your spam/junk folder or Gmail's "Social" and "Promotions" tabs if you cannot locate it.
