Returns and exchange?

Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases.

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

Unfortunately I cannot accept any custom orders at this time.

Editing an order once it is placed?

Once an order is placed we cannot add or subtract items from the invoice. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout.

Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy this platform allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.

How do I download the files?

A few minutes after completing the payment, you will receive an email with an instant download link. This email will be sent automatically to the email you have registered with your Etsy account. From the email please click on "View your Files on Etsy", which will bring you to your purchased files. Or access files directly from your Etsy account by going to "You", selecting "Purchases & Reviews", and then going to the corresponding purchase and clicking on "Download Files." Some files exceed Etsy's upload limit and have to be uploaded to Dropbox. After you complete the payment, download the text file from your purchase overview and simply go to link provided in that document (no account or registration needed).

Do you have any printing tips?

When printing, please remember to: - use lettersize (8.5 x11 inches) or A4 white sticker paper - set your printer to print at 100%/ actual size and DO NOT SCALE your print! This way your stickers will be printed at right size - choose "borderless print" so that your printer prints everything what is on the page. Colors may look slightly different on your screen and printed, as each device (PC and printer) are calibrated differently. I do not take responsibility for final result.

Our stickers are made to fit the 7 X 9” Erin Condren monthly view spread (in the Deluxe Monthly Planner or Life Planner). It can be used for any month of the year (please see listing pictures for a closer look). It has been designed to help you layout your monthly budget and comes with lots of bill tracking stickers, to help you identify when your bills are due or to track your spending over the month, however, they may be used in other planners with some adjustments.

- Silhouette compatible cut files, PDF, JPEG and Black Out tracing files.
- Cut files are set up with bleed areas.
- Individual PNG files for each of the sticker sheets are also included.
- For Cricut cutting, the individual PNG sticker sheets may be used and they should be sized to 6.75 in by 9.25 in.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• For the PNG, JPG, PDF and sticker cutting machine compatible cut files, ensure you select the correct paper size before printing (e.g. A4 or Letter depending on your paper type).

• You may need to unzip some of the files which are saved in *.zip format. You should unzip the files using a computer rather than a smartphone. You will need software which unzips files (like WinZip, 7-Zip, etc).

• Make sure your printer is set to ”actual size” or “100%” and not “scale to fit” to ensure the stickers fit your planner perfectly.
The files will be zipped for easier download.
