My watercolors are created by hand. Landscapes, architecture, figures, pets, boats… If you can imagine it, I can paint it. I take great care with each commission and am not satisfied until you are. In fact, that’s my guarantee: you’ll love your painting. I promise. I insist. 

How it works: 
1. Select the appropriate size and purchase the listing. 
2. Send me reference photo(s), along with any additional instruction and the subject's physical address (if applicable) via Etsy messaging (convos) or email (springjamesart@gmail.com)
3. I will create your watercolor and email a photo of the work for your approval, making changes if needed
4. Once approved, the painting will be prepared,packaged, and shipped. I send via USPS and shipping is always free to you

FAQ

Should I email you before purchasing to make sure you can do my project?
No need to do that. If you can imagine it, I can paint it. It’s actually much easier for me to match your messages up with the orders instead of the other way around. That said, if you need a size not listed or have a question not covered here, feel free to reach out before checkout.

I have a few photos I need combined… is that okay?
Yes. Perfectly fine.

Can you paint my boat in a different season? Flying through space? Or with 400 cats on deck? 
Bring it! Of course, I also welcome simple requests, color changes, or aspirational vessels. (But seriously, somebody please have me paint a yacht flying through space)

I don’t have a photo… can you still work with me?
Absolutely. Happens more often than you think. Tell me a story.

How long will it take? 
It varies by season. I try to keep the processing times up to date, so the most accurate estimate is going to be the expected delivery date range stated atop this listing.

What if I need my order really fast?
I understand, and I’m here for you. When you purchase a rush add on listing, you magically transform my sleeping hours into studio hours, get your painting done same day, and shipping via USPS Priority Express. What happens if I don’t like it? Do you guarantee your work?
I guarantee you’ll love your painting. I promise. I insist on it. If you don’t love it the first time, I’ll keep painting it until you do. It doesn’t ship until you say so


Do you offer framing?
Sorry, I don’t. If you prefer it arrive framed, I will send your painting through the third party framer of your choice. I recommend FrameBridge.com - they have quality framing options and reasonable prices. Please see their site for details
