Heads up for U.S. Customers

From August 29, 2025, new U.S. customs rules will apply to all international orders. If you’re based in the U.S. and purchase from our shop, please note that your package may be subject to extra import duties or handling fees once it arrives. These charges are determined by U.S. customs, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot cover or refund them. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope this change won’t stop you from enjoying our handmade creations ✨

Custom and personalized orders

If you need other width than standard, send me a message! Same goes for any design modifications - just contact me. I'll help you :)

Customs fees vary from 3-8% of the order value. I am not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If the order is shipped outside of the country and it is not within one customs union, you are required to pay all customs duties and import taxes that your local customs department deems necessary.

I offer returns for standard orders that do not exceed $1500. Please, message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return. Custom orders (with colors, size or any other modification) do not apply to this policy. Shop wisely, as they cannot be returned. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense. In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.

Colors and Metalic Print

The actual color of the final print may differ slightly from the monitor. My products just imitates gold, its not really a metallic paint, its yellowish :) As for printing another mat, I need to warn you about the eventual slight color difference due to different print batch.

There may be a slight difference in the scale of the pattern between the visualization and the final print. Product size may differ +/- 2%.

Please, make sure that the address you've entered is correct. As a seller, I'm not responsible of a wrongly addressed package by the customer. I would be very grateful if you could provide me with your phone number - it is very useful in case of any delivery issues. Another delivery information: Fedex: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.

Welcome to Sparrow Flooring!

Thank you for being interested in my shop. My goal is to make interiors magical, unique and wonderful with my flooring!

Do you like the pattern that you love but aren’t sure if it will work in your space? Wish to see the material in real? You can order the samples!

To choose the specific design - just copy the name of the chosen pattern or the link to the listing and paste it in "Note to seller" while placing the order, so I know what design I should print!

✖ I sending samples in 7.9" x 7.9" (20 cm x 20 cm) size. ✖

Please remember: samples are designated to check the material in real and test it on your wall or floor, not to compare colors! The colors may slightly vary depending on a different print batch. Also, the scale shown on the sample may differ from what will be on the full-size product :)

✖ MATERIAL SPECIFICATION ✖

Material is 2mm/ 0,79" thickness PVC vinyl. I can print basically everything on it! :) I sell this flooring as 152cm/59.8" wide panels, that match edge to edge! The material has a scent right after printing, but it disappears after short time. My products are created by a professional, printed in a high quality UV digital print and cut precisely to assure a long lasting effect.

Handle with care! :)

• for indoor use only
• clean with a damp cloth
• don't use any harsh detergents

While I haven’t ordered a full sized item, the sample was exactly as I’d expected. Coloring and quality are wonderful and I know I’d be happy if I choose this one. Just in the early stages of a renovation and not yet decided.
