Most of our items are already professionally cleaned unless stated otherwise, but we recommend hand washing vintage items in luke warm water and shampoo. Antique, fragile garments should not be washed.

We offer gift wrapping and packaging. Let us know if you want us to include a customised message. We use sustainable and recycleable materials. No sellotape or plastic involved, even our mailer bags are biodegradeable!

We are open to the possibility of supplying dealers with vintage items. We also specialize in supplying film, fashion etc productions with props and costumes.

I am not able to refund or return items due to sizing issues or if you decided you didn't love the item. This is because vintage items decrease in value every time they're being tried on or shipped. I am also not able to refund or return items if 1, they were on sale or 2, if postal services made mistakes or package got lost
