Fantastic 1950s retro fan - super powerful - 2 speed - great for an office, bedroom, studio. It's sits compactly in a small space and runs well. It's quite heavy and very sturdy.

NOT recommended for kids! These oldies but goodies do not have the same safety mechanisms as the new models! The front is quite "open." It's all metal and heavy metal at that, so don't stick your finger in it!! Two speeds, low and high. Does not oscillate. It does angle up and down with a simple tilt adjustment.

It has NOT been rewired, but it works well as is. The motor seems fine, but at its age, there's no guarantee as to how long it will last. We have used it quite a bit, but it's 70 years old and will need some maintenance at some point (just want to be clear on what to expect!). You can see both speeds running well in the video. Lots of surface wear to the paint. Some minor dents. No major damage. Works perfectly.
