Shipping & Processing

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please review your address carefully before placing your order. If an address change is needed, notify me as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, no modifications can be made. Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect information. Items from the same order may ship separately. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to appear.

Unable to Locate Order

If you can’t find your package, please allow 1–2 business days as carriers sometimes mark items delivered before they arrive. Check all possible delivery spots (porch, garage, back door, mailbox) and ask neighbors or roommates in case it was left with them. Also look for a delivery notice with instructions to pick up your package at a local post office or carrier facility.

The print method for all garments is Direct to Garment Printing. It is NOT iron on or screen printed.

As a small print-on-demand business, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order, and feel free to reach out with any sizing questions—I’ll be glad to help. Please do not mark the package as “return to sender”. Orders marked return to sender will not be refunded. In the rare case your item arrives misprinted or damaged, contact me within 2 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so I can make it right.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

All orders are printed after an order is placed, production time varies from 2-10 days depending on the item. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to appear after being notified your order has shipped. A package is not considered lost until 10 days from the last scan. If it has been more than 10 days since its last scan, please contact me.

I need my item ASAP, can that happen?

All of my items are made to order, the production time cannot be altered. Expedited production and shipping is not available for joggers and leggings.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

Orders are placed into production generally one (1) hour after they are received. Please contact me immediately with any changes or cancellations. Once an order is placed into production it cannot be modified or cancelled.

I am not accepting custom orders or modifications of designs at this time.

All of the sizes listed are what’s available. I’m not able to do any custom sizes, including altering the inseam or modifying the pattern.
