What We Offer & Custom Requests

❓ What types of files do you offer? I offer high-resolution PNG, SVG, and other digital files at 300+ DPI for sublimation, DTF/UV DTF printing, vinyl cutting, and surface pattern design. All designs are created in RGB color profile for vibrant digital printing. ❓ Can I return or exchange a custom product? Custom and made-to-order items that are difficult to resell are not eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before placing an order. ❓ Do you accept custom design requests? Yes! I love working on custom projects. You can request a custom design directly through messaging or through my website at https://mcknightdesignsco.com. Please include the idea, preferred file type, and any important details.

❓ Can I use your files commercially? Most listings include personal use and small business-friendly terms, but a commercial license is required if you plan to print (or create) more than 250 items or create transfers for resale. See our licensing section or contact me for details. You do NOT have permission to use our files (no matter what) on a POD site.

❓ What are PNG files compatible with? My PNG files are high-resolution (300+ DPI), typically a transparent background and created in RGB color mode, making them ideal for: Sublimation printing DTF and UV DTF transfers White toner printing Printable vinyl Fabric printing Scrapbooking and digital crafting These files are ready to print as-is and do not require further editing unless you choose to resize them. You CANNOT upload these to a POD site - this is a violation of our terms & conditions.

❓ What are SVG files used for? SVGs are vector cut files used with machines like: Cricut (Explore, Maker, Joy) Silhouette (Cameo, Portrait) Brother ScanNCut Juliet by Siser Glowforge (for laser use) X-tool and similar laser/engraving machines. These files are best for vinyl cutting, laser projects, stickers, and layered crafts. Please note: Our designs are created IN Silhouette Studio but will work with other software. You are expected to know the software to use the products. While we may be able to troubleshoot issues or fix errors, we cannot teach you the software you are using.

❓ Are your tumbler wraps sized to fit all tumblers? Wrap files are generally sized for standard 20 oz skinny/straight tumblers. However, tumbler brands can vary, so please double-check your tumbler’s measurements before printing or cutting. 16 oz wraps are typically sized for a "standard" glass can and are typically used for sublimation or UV DTF; however, these can be (typically) cut up or adjusted as needed for other sizes as well. If using UVDTF, most of our designs can also be used as "element sheets" to add to other designs. 40 oz wraps often come as 2-piece designs for easier alignment and flexibility. ❓ What is included with seamless pattern files? Seamless pattern files are: Created on square canvases in RGB color mode Saved at 300+ DPI for vibrant, professional printing Typically offered in 2–5 scale variations for different project sizes You CANNOT upload our files to POD sites - this is a violation of our terms & conditions. If you need a different color profile or the file isn’t displaying correctly, contact me — I’ll do my best to assist.

Procreate Tools, Brushes & Stamps

❓ Can I use your Procreate tools, brushes or stamps in other programs? No. Procreate brush sets and stamp files are designed exclusively for use in the Procreate app on compatible iPads. They will not work in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Cricut Design Space. They also CANNOT be shared, duplicated, replicated, resold or distributed in any digital format.

❓ What can I do with your clipart files? My clipart is hand-drawn in Procreate and meant to be used as part of a larger, original design. You may not: Resell or distribute clipart on its own Use my clipart in other clipart packs, sticker sheets, or editable templates Upload it to any POD (print-on-demand) platform You may incorporate it into your own designs as long as you add new creative elements.

POD/Sharing/Copying/Modifying

❓ Can I use your files with POD sites like Printify, Redbubble or Zazzle etc? No. None of my designs may be used on print-on-demand (POD) platforms under any circumstance. This includes uploading designs directly or using third-party printers that fulfill made-to-order merchandise. ❓ Can I share your files or include them in digital bundles? No. Files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form. This includes email giveaways, Facebook group shares, team folders, or inclusion in digital resource bundles, even if free. Doing so violates copyright law and our Terms & Conditions. ❓ Can I modify your designs? No - you do NOT have permission to change the designs, art or patterns we create and/or claim them as your own.

Digital Refunds/Cancelations/Returns

❓ Do you accept returns or exchanges on digital files? No. Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the file has been delivered. If you experience an issue accessing or using your file, please contact me — I'm happy to help! Please note you WILL NOT receive a refund on our digital products. It is against ours and Etsy's T&Cs.
