Hand forged hooks intended primarily as a hanging medium for weapons in armories and collections. They fit perfectly and stand out with the handles of historical weapons, especially axes, battle hammers, polearms,swords... but they can also work nicely for hanging long rifles and other firearms. However, it is not excluded to use them to hang anything, from coats, to towels, or kitchen utensils. Their "ancient" appearance predestines them to be combined with old wood, brushed surfaces or other metal substrates, for example oxidized iron, hammered copper or brass plates and so on. Great for creating your own item hangers or hanger walls.
Hand-forged from soft iron, adorned with chisel notches and brushed while hot. Treated with silicone oil and dried from excess liquid. Suitable for treatment with translucent metal varnish.
