If an uninsured package is lost in transit, there is nothing that can be done to recover the loss for either parties. For this reason, The Lunar Fae ships packages with a value worth over $15 internationally with insurance only. Australian friends and customers, your country is currently only receiving shipments via USPS Priority Mail which is typically very expensive for overseas shipments.

All jewelry orders come packaged in recycled, unbleached, acid free tissue paper and organic, unwaxed, unbleached hemp twine. Any of the herbs or floral blends used are also organically grown. Any time bubble-style wrap or other padding materials are used, it is recycled from other packages I have received, from friends who save it for me to use, or it is green recycled bubble-style wrap. Receipts are not included in your parcel.
