Every Etsy seller I have dealt with has the option of gift packaging and/or a gift card. For custom pieces, it’s odd that this store doesn’t offer that. I was willing to pay extra for at least a gift card of two lines, just a piece of printed paper with a name, just so that the recipients could know who it was from (it was a wedding gift…). The store refused and was very unaccommodating and inflexible. Additionally, the packaging was very ugly. Finally, the recipients scratched their heads for days trying to figure out who the gift was from, and they were obliged to contact multiple guests embarrassingly asking if it came from them.
