Let me start off by saying Jaron and the customer service provided is above and beyond! This is my 3rd round of ordering wind chimes through this shop and have never had an issue until this last order when the package arrived pretty beat up in the shipping process (which had nothing to do with the vendor). That said they were bend and I reached out asking if I could return them and figure out a solution to get new ones. Within minutes of sending the message I got a response saying to not worry about anything and that they would send two replacements immediately. I got the new ones a couple days later and kept the bent ones to do with as I please. I cannot recommend the product and this shop more, great to work with and the chimes are gorgeous.
