USA - How customs work

For all orders to the USA, duties are prepaid together with shipping, so customers do not need to pay additional customs charges on delivery.

How we ship your orders

🚚 To make delivery faster, more affordable, and more convenient for our customers, we currently ship orders from Berlin, Germany, as well as from our native Dnipro, Ukraine, depending on stock availability and destination.

How we make our items

🖐️ All of our decorations are handmade in Ukraine, in Petrykivka — the village where the traditional Petrykivka painting style was born. Each piece is painted by hand with care, which is why every item is a little different and special in its own way.

How we pack our decorations

🌍 We do not use plastic in our packaging. Our items are packed in kraft paper bags and include a small information card about Petrykivka painting, as well as a postcard decorated in the Petrykivka style. Caring for the environment is important to us.

How durable our products are

🌿 Our decorations are not fragile. They are made of wood or high-quality thick plywood, then primed, hand-painted, and coated with lacquer 3–4 times. They are durable, long-lasting, and made to be enjoyed for many years — even passed down through generations.

Do we handle corporate and branded orders

🏆 Yes, we are happy to accept corporate orders. We can create branded gifts, develop custom product shapes, and add your logo for your company, event, or special project. Please feel free to message us with your ideas and request.
