Knit teacosy: pink love heart teacosy. I was inspired by this pink, sparkly yarn to create a cute teacosy with a cabled heart on it - perfect for gifting to someone who needs a little gesture of love right now (or who just loves tea!).

As you can see from the photos, this cozy fits a standard size teapot, (circumference 20 inches/51cm at the widest point) and measures 6 inches (15 cm) in height. Please note the listing is for the cosy only: the teapot used to model it is not included (which is a good thing, since it is currently missing its lid!!) The fit has some flexibility since the cosy has generous openings for both spout and handle.

All of my knitted accessories (except items which have stuffing, like charms or baubles) can be machine-washed on a gentle wool wash at 30 degrees, or hand washed if you prefer. Certain items, such as cafetieres and tea-cosies, have been knitted in a more hard-wearing wool/acrylic mix: these can be washed in a regular machine wash at 40 degrees.

- I believe that wool is one of the most environmentally-friendly fibres in the world; being renewable and biodegradable. Most of my knits are made using natural fibres; with the exception of knits which need to be machine-washable (such as tea cosies).
- I take care to wrap your order in biodegradable materials (crepe paper and wool tie). Shipping bags are not always biodegradable; but this option is used when available. Shipping bags are recyclable in most countries.
- A packing slip is not included, to save on paper waste, and duplicating information already available online.
