**Update on 10/10/23: It appears there was an issue with the seller receiving notification of my purchase; and it seemed to be out of her control. My payment was refunded and the seller handled this very professionally.** Highly disappointed and frustrated with this seller. I ordered and paid for this item 9 days ago and still have not received the file or a response to the 3 messages I sent. Very poor customer service. Also I am unable to submit a case to Etsy because the seller auto-generated a digital file as a confirmation of my order. Since this was delivered as a file download, it appears to Etsy as though my order has been fulfilled. Very frustrating and I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller.

Very disappointed. Ordered and paid for four days ago. Haven't received my invite and had zero responses to my messages. Completely left in the dark and hopefully I can get a refund.
