Do you ship overseas?

- Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

- It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Can I return my product?

Our products are crafted by experienced artisans with the best materials. To best preserve your product, please prevent any contact with any oil or alcohol-based substances such as perfumes, cosmetics or hand sanitisers.

We recommend that you treat our products with care and avoid direct contact with grease, water, perfumes and/or make up in order to prevent stains and/or damage.

Textiles are susceptible to the appearance of pulls caused by sharp objects such as jewelry, zippers, etc., and should be avoided. When not in use, store in a cool, dry place away from dust and humidity.

To ensure its longevity, we advise to store your piece in a cotton garment covert in a cool and dry place.
