Paid the UK VAT up front on Etsy, then courier tried to charge me VAT again. Got in touch with seller, they insisted they were '"n talks with our shipping partners" but nothing got resolved. It took weeks to get get the lamp, only because I kept on phoning UPS myself, and it's basically cardboard. Total disappointment, £163 for cheap bamboo? I wouldn't pay £50 having seen it now.

I’m really happy with this lamp, it looks great in my space. At first I was worried it wasn’t going to arrive at all bc all the shipping/tracking info was unfamiliar as it comes from India. I am pleasantly surprised by how quickly it came, it was easy (for my husband) to assemble and it is really a nice piece. Thank you team mianzi for your craft and your care.
